Our beautiful spacious, almost 1600sq ft, new villa is ideally located on the prestigious and peaceful Hampton Lakes estate on the US27, just minutes from the 192 Highway and close to all ammenities, making it the perfect location to see all that Orlando has to offer, and it's only 12 mins from Disney, 20 mins from Seaworld and 30 mins from Universal Studios. You will find our home luxuriously furnished and fully equipped to a high standard, air-conditioned and it has it’s own private and heated, (optional), 13 x26 ft pool. The villa consists of the following: MASTER BEDROOM ~ Queen bed with walk in closet, dresser and mirror and TV. EN-SUITE BATHROOM ~ With walk in shower, garden tub, toilet, two wash basins and a hairdryer. Access to pool area. SECOND BEDROOM ~ Queen bed, closet, dresser and mirror and TV. THIRD BEDROOM ~ Two single beds with closet, chest of drawers and TV. FAMILY BATHROOM ~ With shower, toilet, wash basin and hairdryer. DINING AREA ~ Formal seating for up to 6 people. LIVING AREA ~ Quiet relaxing seating area with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. FAMILY AREA ~ Cable TV, DVD/CD player with two sofas. Access to pool area. KITCHEN ~ Fully equipped with all you need to create a perfect meal. BREAKFAST NOOK ~ Seating area for up to 4 people. LAUNDRY AREA ~ Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. DOUBLE GARAGE. POOL AREA ~ Fully screened with large sun deck, furnished with table and chairs, sunloungers and BBQ. BABY/CHILD FACILITIES ~ Travel crib, highchair, bed guard, microwave bottle steralizer and a small selection of toy’s and books. All linen and towels are provided. For safety all doors leading to the pool area are alarmed. The price quoted is per week for the villa not per person and the villa can accommodate up to 8 people + an infant, (under 2yrs). There is an additional charge for pool heating of $18.00 per day, this is highly recommended in the winter months. We will also supply you with a 30+ page information pack contains maps, holiday planner, golf course directory and info on attractions, restaurants, nightlife and shopping, plus more, should you require one. |
