Rental rates are seasonal as follows:
Weekly Rates:
Off season - May 1 - Nov. 30th $850
In Season Dec. 1st - April 30th $950

Monthly Rates:
Off Season - May 1 - Nov 30th $1850
In Season Dec. 1st - April 30th $2950

Prices are based on occupancy of four or less and without pet.

Deposits
$500 Advance Deposit Required. Taxes and cleaning not included. A reservation deposit of 25% of the total rent is required at the time the rental agreement is signed, before a reservation can be confirmed. An additional 25% is due 90 days prior to the date of occupancy. A security deposit (refundable), cleaning fee $75 and balance of rent are due on date of occupancy.

Payment Methods Accepted
Prepaid calling card for long distance calls reqired, local calls free.
A $500 deposit is required to cover damages, major inventory losses
and Long Distance Telephone charges. Deposit will be returned to
renter less amounts due for the above reasons upon inspection of the
vacated Premises and receipt of phone bill. Renter will be
responsible for all long distance telephone charges, 8% tax.

Cancellation & Return Policy
Guests leaving prior to departure time will be charged for the entire period.
