The bright, light, and open interior is accentuated by soaring ceilings, two-story windows, and French doors leading onto the paver tiled verandas and courtyard containing a fountain. The master bedroom has a sunroom and a shower detailed with glass block, and an antique KING-size poster bed, and private deck. There are two bedrooms, each with queen-size beds and sharing a full bath, upstairs, with an attached upper level LARGE deck, and lounge chairs. The den has a LARGE screen tv, vcr, DVD player, video library, and italian leather sleeper sofa. The downstairs features a separate bedroom with queen size bed, entertainment/game room,a queen sleeper sofa in the separate family room, full bath, and another washer and dryer, and patio with stunning vineyard views! There are two fireplaces, one in the airy kitchen/dining room, and a large stone fireplace in a corner of the great room. The courtyard features a fountain, and a blue tiled pool. The outside verandas feature patio dining furniture that seat 13 people, and the inside dining room table accommodates ten, with the breakfast bar area in the attached kitchen seating an additional two people. There is a gas grill and a smoker available for barbecuing. The entire home is air conditioned. The home has three televisions [one is a BIG screen TV!], three VCR's, DVD, and a video library. The stereo system has Bose speakers in every room, including the outside decks. Internet access via dial up, along with local phone service provided. The Black Sterling Villa is located on a working Friesian Ranch, thus big, black, beautiful, and majestic Friesian horses are viewed through the villas' arched windows. The exquisite horses, imported from Europe, have a private Mediterranean barn and adjoining pastures and arena. The Friesian stable is privately owned by the owner of the Villa, and not open to the public. All kitchen utensils, towels, and linens are included. The entire house is air conditioned and available for up to 12 people for weekly, or monthly occupancy, and nightly during Nov- March.
