Our two-bedroom/two-bath Puerto Vallarta condo features a great ocean view, a spacious deck, and a beautifully maintained and customized interior, as well as a great location and floorplan. Not to mention the best beach in the charming Old Town area. This fifth-floor condo offers 1,300 square feet of living space. Special features include a large plant-filled deck with doors to the master bedroom and living area. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be combined to make a king, if desired. The living and dining area opens onto a large tiled deck with a lovely ocean and mountain view. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, pots and pans, glassware, and the all-important blender and coffeemaker for festive evenings and convenient and cozy breakfasts on the terrace. A sink-mounted water filter provides drinking water. Amenities include cable TV, a VCR, a CD/cassette player, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, telephone, games, puzzles, and books and videos.
There are two full marble-tiled bathrooms -- one with a soaker tub/shower, and one with a shower. All towels supplied. La Palapa is south of the Rio Cuale in the Zona Romantica in Old Town, Puerto Vallarta.

La Palapa is centrally located in the historic "Zona Romantica" -- just a short walk from the plaza Olas Altas where you can pick up a bus to any part of Puerto Vallarta for four pesos (about 42 cents US). Of course, taxis abound everywhere, and a taxi ride to the marina or hotel zone will run about 40 to 45 pesos (about $4.50-$5.00 US). The beachfront location of La Palapa makes it a perfect spot to enjoy the pleasure of the beaches at Puerto Vallarta including jet-skiing, para-sailing, swimming in the ocean, and just sitting under an umbrella in one of the plentiful beach chairs while enjoying a delicious tropical drink.
