Check-out time is 11:00 am. Prior to 11:00 am, please clean all dishes as well as barbecue if you use it, Spot any carpet and sofa spills. Put trash in outside bin. At this time the cleaning crew will arrive, and prepare the villa for the next guest.
Any missing linens or accidental damages to villa will be deducted from security deposit. A fee for late check-out will be charged to your security deposit, unless indicated when reservations were made.

DEPOSIT PAYMENT REQUIRMENTS:
The deposit (50% of rental) is due within 3 days of booking in the form of a cashier check, money order, traverler check or personel check.

FINAL PAYMENT:
The final payment is due and payable 7 days prior to your schedule arrival date.

CANCELLATIONS:
In case your plans change unexpectly, your reservation may be changed for a $35.00 processing fee. In case of cancellation, Your none-refundable deposit is forfeited.
