My beautiful waterfront home is located about 10 minutes from downtown St.Petersburg and 10 minutes to the beaches.I live in an upscale neighborhood with water access to Tampa Bay and the Gulf.I have a 4/2 split plan with two family rooms, dining room, two full baths, all wood flooring throughout, enclosed swimming pool area and fireplace. Glass sliders that open up from the formal room, family room, master bedroom into the pool area. I have a boat and jet ski for use.Fishing from a big dock night or day.My fenced yard is big and is very private. I am dog friendly but cats must be declawed.(Sorry leather furniture).My fourth bedroom is an office with full computer access,fax machine, copy machine and ect. An air bed could be used if needed. Use of the boat and jet ski depends on indivduals and liability waiver.Maid service in the middle of the week is available.
