Highlands Reserve features a par 72 championship golf course set amongst orange groves and pine trees overlooking a picturesque conservation area. Communal facilities include a pool, tennis court and children's play area.
The fully air-conditioned villa features:
Family Room with cable TV leading on to the pool deck
Dining Room with dining table and 6 chairs. The second living area is furnished with two settees.
Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a breakfast nook with table and four chairs. The laundry room has a washing machine and drier.
4 Bedrooms. The Master is complete with ensuite. The 2 twin bedded room share a family bathroom. The fourth double bedroom has an adjoining shower and WC. All bedrooms have double wardrobes. Bed linen and towels are provided
Outside there is a fully screened and extended pool deck which contains a 24ft x 12ft heated pool and Jacuzzi.
