Our home, in the South Seas Resort on Captiva Island, is directly on the beach. There are more than two miles of private beach. Available are water sports, sailing, parasailing, rental boats and many boat excursion trips to nearby islands. There is a nine hole championship golf course, tennis courts, fitness center and many swimming pools are available around the Resort. The best shelling imaginable makes this a special vacation for all ages. Your spacious, Gulf front home is beautifully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and new appliances. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. Three TVs, VCRs and a CD player for your favorite movies and music are also available. This vacation home features a living room, dining room and screened porch. On the main level are two bedrooms and two baths. The master has a king sized bed and the second is furnished with twin beds. The upstairs has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the other, a loft bedroom, has a twin bed trundle. A full bath is between the bedrooms. Pets are not allowed and there is no smoking. This is a very romantic setting. At the end of a perfect day you can view a spectacular sunset from the house.
