Visit Casa Gordon de Palancar, a brand new home on the beautiful south side of Cozumel right across from world famous Palancar Reef. This home is unique and like no other on the island. Our home has 18,000 square feet of luxurious space. This incredible home has it all! The minute you pass through the front gate you will find everything you could ask for in a tropical island home. Sitting on 15 acres of pristine rain forest and located in a national park; you will truly feel secluded in the heart of the jungle. This home is a white two story columned home; the center of the home features a huge courtyard and elagant water fountain. This is a great place to sit and relax. The home is a residence design that uses both Mexican Caribbean and Neoclassic Spansish style. There are 7 bedrooms that all have inner balconies that face over the courtyard and an outside terrace or wrap around porch that either faces the pool, jungle, or beach. The main gala features 24 ft. ceilings and lots of living space. The staircase is a true masterpiece. It was custom designed and is suspended in mid-air; it descends into the main gala. There is also an entertainment room downstairs off of the gala along with a dining room that seats 12 people. Each room has an amazing view of the Caribbean. The Master bedroom is located upstairs and has a large marble bathroom complete with a shower and bathtub. The room has overlooks the beautiful turquiose waters of the sea. Each bedroom is elegantly decorated in a tropical island theme such as jaguar, iguana, and turtle decor. The furniture was hand made with fabrics brought from home, and was designed by the owner. Mayan art can be found throughout the home. There is a fully equipped gourment kitchen that over-looks the beautiful olympic cascading pool. Outside there is a palapa that provides protection from the sun, BBQ, outside showers/bathroom, and dive gear facilities for rinsing & storing gear. Although you may not see many people, you will see a lot of the native wildlife.
