Honey's Retreat is an absolutely charming, light and bright Tudor style home in the well known town of Carmel-by-the-Sea. It is a beautiful and romantic setting. This charming two story house invites you into the warmth of French Country furnishings. The entry, living room and dining rooms have beautiful hardwood floors and exceptionally comfortable seating. There is a gas burning brick fireplace for cozy evenings on cool nights. You also have a peek view of the Pacific Ocean and Point Lobos from the living room and upstairs bedroom. A huge master suite awaits you with a king size bed and a mirrored wall of closets. A TV/VCR is also furnished for your convenience. The master bath features a tub/shower combination and a separate large stall shower. A large fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room are new addtions with all new appliances that include a trash compactor. An original old fashioned staircase leads to the charming bedrooms upstairs, which feature a queen bed in one bedroom and one double and one twin in the other, both have TVs. There is a bathroom to share between the two bedrooms. The front deck has a view of the Pacific Ocean and the deck off the dining room is great for lounging as well as grilling on your barbecue. Other features of your home away from home includes 4 TV's and extended cable service. There is a boom box for CD's, cassettes and AM & FM channels. The best we have left for last. You are only 4 blocks, or a 6 minute walk, to the heart of town where you will find unique, quaint shops, beautiful art galleries and excellent restaurants. The beach is only an 8 block walk.
