Located in the beautiful, historic section of Newport, this house has all the charm of a vintage colonial with the conviences of today. Built in 1806 the house has two upstairs bedrooms and one shared bathroom, with bathtub and shower. Linens, towels, and quilts are provided. The kitchen downstairs is fully-equipped with appliances, plates, and pans. Cook on a full-sized gas stove or grill outside on the gas grill. A fireplace is located in the living room with the stereo, VCR, and cable television. A dining room is located off of the kitchen. A large backyard (for Newport) that is fully fenced-in features a lawn area and brick patio. Parking is on-street with a parking pass for one car. The house is air-conditioned in the summer. You can walk to town for shopping and dining. The beach is a short drive. |
