Not only does Cane Bay have a gorgeous white sand beach, but just a short swim from the shore you will find spectacular diving and snorkeling at "The Wall", one of the premier dive spots in the Caribbean! Within just a short walk from the villa are four beachfront restaurants and bars. Villa Dawn vacation rental is literally just steps from the beach. While some villas advertise "walking distance to the beach", they truly are a "hike to the beach". Not at Villa Dawn! The property goes all the way down to the coast road in front of the villa. On the other side of the road is Cane Bay Beach! Recline on the large front veranda of this luxury vacation property and listen to the soothing sounds of the Caribbean waves while gentle island breezes caress you. Go swimming in the pool... it's spectacular. It is surrounded by a 1500 sq. ft. deck. It has four barstools in the water which overlook the Caribbean and a lighted fountain with a waterfall that overflows into the pool. The upper level of the villa is a centrally air conditioned, fully equipped, three bedroom, two bath vacation retreat with a complete kitchen and an incredible view from the living room and it's "wall of windows". The lower level is fully equipped with A/C, one bedroom, living room, kitchen and bath. Both levels are equipped with TV, VCR and complete AM/FM/CD/Cassette stereo systems. No amenities have been forgotten. The villa has unobstructed views of Cane Bay Beach, the Caribbean Sea and the surrounding lush mountains from both the large front veranda as well as from most of the 1.3 acres that make up this St. Croix, USVI island paradise. Duty free shopping and fine dining is just a 20 minute drive to either Frederiksted or Christiansted. For your privacy, we will reserve the villa to only one group at a time.
Weekly Rates for Low Season (April 16- Dec. 14) 1 - 2 Guests - $2,200 3 - 4 Guests - $2,400 5 - 6 Guests - $2,700 7 - 8 Guests - $3,400 9 -10 Guests - $3,900 (queen futon) 11 - 12 Guests - $4,600 An 8% island tax is additional, $500 refundable security deposit required. No smoking indoors. Check in 4pm, check out 11am. Rentals are generally Saturday - Saturday or Sunday - Sunday (Some exceptions may apply). Thanksgiving week rents at our high season rates starting with the 6 person rate. There is a 10% surcharge for Easter and Spring break weeks, in addition, Christmas and New Years weeks start with our 7-8 person rate. Mid-week maid service is available for an additional charge. We can arrange for your vehicle rental and for you to be met at the airport by the rental agency, at the best rates on the island!
