There is a formal living room, dining room and kitchen. Additionally, there is a roof observatory from which you can see the passing ships and the migrating humpback whales.

The villa is rented as a whole or per bedroom depending on the number of guests. Regardless of the number of persons, the villa is yours alone.

The price is U.S.$1000.00 double occupancy per bedroom for one week (prices may vary during Christmas, New Year, and March vacations).

The house can also be rented on a daily basis for U.S.$175 a day per bedroom double occupancy. Long term rental is also available. Write or call for more information.

The rental price always includes an administrator/cook, maids, pool attendant and a privacy guard. All food and beverages are at the cost of the visitor. However, the cook will gladly do all shopping and food preparation. There is no service charge.
