We have a brand-new 2-bedroom cottage, a 1-bedroom apartment, and 3 vacation rooms, set on a 2-acre estate in rural Haiku. We are situated on the north shore of Maui, a beautiful scenic location with views of Haleakala and the ocean. Ho'okipa Hale (which means 'hospitality house' in Hawaiian) is secluded and peaceful yet only minutes away from great swimming, surfing & windsurfing beaches. An excellent location from which to take the winding road to Hana, for sunset or sunrise trips to Haleakala crater, and within 30 minutes of great snorkelling and diving spots on the south side of the Island. There is a large grocery store with ATM in Haiku town centre and great dining in neighbouring Paia and Makawao. Brand-new Ho'okipa Hale Cottage is a bright, colorful, Island-style home away from home. It has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and twins or a king, a bathroom with bathtub/shower, a living room with sofabed for extra guests, and a fully-equipped kitchen/dining room. There is a covered deck with ocean views, sun loungers and dining area - a great place to watch the spectacular sunsets! The cottage is private and quiet and also has use of the main house barbeque area and laundry room. Sleeps 2-6. Brand-new Hookipa Hale Apartment is beautifully decorated, private & quiet, and has its own entrance. It has a beautiful bedroom with queen bed and an oceanview, a bathroom with shower, and a fully-equipped kitchen/dining/living room with futon sofabed for extra guests. It also has use of the main house barbeque area and laundry room. Sleeps 1-3. We have plenty of parking space, gear storage for windsurfing equipment & surf boards, free use of boogie boards and beach chairs, complimentary tea & coffee, and are happy to share our knowledge of this wonderful Island with you!
