It is also close to Captiva's classic village. 2226 South Seas Plantation is a luxury Gulf Front one bedroom (king) condo with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. It has the same great view, proximity to the village - and INSTANT beach access as the two bedroom villa. (Sleeps 2-4.) Great for a honeymoon, romantic get away, or a dream vacation for a family of 4 or less. (We recently sold this condo, and still market it for the new owners.)
