Our home boasts a spacious 2003 sq. feet living area. It has been tastefully furnished by an
interior designer and is as follows:
Two ensuite bedrooms both with pool and deck access. Two further bedrooms, with seperate bathroom designed for children and teenagers.
In addition to the family room, which has a 25 inch television with cable channels, there is a further living room.
The main focus of the house is the beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi, which is gas heated to 80 degrees and is fully screened, in addition there are under water lights for late evening use.
The pool is equipped with sunloungers, table chairs, a barbecue and cool deck.
The kitchen is fully equipped with full size cooker, fridge freezer with ice maker,micro wave,dishwasher and waste disposal. It is situated for easy access to both dining room and breakfast nook.
The laundry has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Iron and ironing board are also provided.
A telephone provides free local calls, long distance calls require credit or phone card.
The house is air conditioned and utilities are included in the rental.
