The Finca, i.e. a typical ibizan one-floor house, built 1982, enlarged and completely renovated 2001, is located on a plot of around 2.400 square yards at a road from Port des Torrent to the bays and beaches (bus- and boat service available) at the westside of the island. At the next cross-roads, only roundabout 100 yards away, there is a small but completely equipped supermarket. The nearest beach (Port des Torrent) with more shops, restaurants, bars and bus-/boat service is only 900 yards away downwards the hill.
There are 2 separate sleeping rooms (2 single-beds each), two bathrooms (1 with tub/toilet/bidet and 1 with shower/toilet/bidet), a living room with fireplace, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine etc.) and american bar, 3 open + 1 covered terraces. A barbecue and an own well (drilled 2001) complete the holiday house.
A generous pool (110x55 yards) will be built before the season 2002 (April).
Two bikes are available free of charge.
Restaurants are located a mile around. A lot of well known bays, beaches, and Disco's can be reached by car or taxi, bus or water taxi service within round about 15 - 30 minutes. A lot of sportive activities and leisure amenities make Ibiza to T h e Marvelous Island of Love and Peace in the Mediterranian Sea which offers to you Relaxing and Amusement, just some two hours away from the big European Capitals - so you even can make a short stop-over during your Business travel or a longer visit of Europe!
